BACTERICIDAL CARTRIDGE 505 FOR COMPREHENSIVE WATER PURIFICATION:
The 505 cartridge with bactericidal properties is used in Geyser pitcher filters for comprehensive water purification. The replacement cartridges have the same connection dimensions, are interchangeable, and can be installed in any Geyser pitcher filter (and with adapters — in pitchers from other manufacturers).
The use of the 505 cartridge reduces E. coli content in water by a factor of 1,000,000 (according to the findings of the Sysin Research Institute of Human Ecology and Environmental Hygiene).
The bactericidal properties of the cartridge are ensured by the use of a special STGR sorbent and Catalon material.

Description

The 505 bactericidal cartridge provides five stages of filtration:

Catalon material removes iron, heavy metals, organic and chlorinated organic compounds, bacteria, and viruses.
Ion-exchange resin removes dissolved impurities.
STGR (thermally expanded graphite) eliminates bacteria, chlorine, organic and chlorinated organic compounds, and removes unpleasant odors and tastes.
Silver in a stable metallic, non-leaching form suppresses the growth of pathogenic bacteria.
Mechanical post-filter prevents filter media particles from entering the purified water.
